ID-2 Concept

ID-2 was my degree project at RISD, a concept for a secure identification system on mobile devices. Learn more by following the link to the full site below.

The project started out as trying to produce a more secure physical driver's license because they're so easily forged, especially in comparison to passports, which use different inks, materials, illusions and technology to make them virtually impossible to reproduce. That idea ended up shifting towards mobile wallet IDs (which are nonexistent as of this project) because we already have our tickets, payment cards, and more on our devices, but what about our government IDs? Wouldn't it be nice to have everything in one place?
